Establishes a task force on adults with autism within the Office for People with Developmental Disabilities to study and develop recommendations for supporting adults with autism in New York State, focusing on vocational, residential, and social needs.

Task force shall consist of nine members: the commissioners of OPWDD, Health, Education, the Deputy Commissioner for Adult Career and Continuing Education Services, the Commissioner of Labor, and four members with demonstrated expertise appointed by the Governor (2), Temporary President of the Senate (1), and Speaker of the Assembly (1).

Requires the task force to submit a comprehensive plan with findings and recommendations to the Governor and Legislature by April 1, 2014.

Task force members receive no compensation but are reimbursed for actual and necessary expenses; the Commissioner of OPWDD serves as chairperson.

Act takes effect immediately and automatically repeals two years after the effective date.
