Amends Social Services Law section 422 to require the statewide central register to transmit all previous reports involving the subject of a new report, the alleged victim, siblings, other household children, or other named persons to local child protective services.

Mandates that previous reports containing allegations of child abuse or maltreatment from other counties and districts in New York State be included in the information transmitted to local child protective services.

Requires the office of children and family services to identify reports and note prior reports when transmitting cases to local child protective services if the report involves sexual abuse, child death, or suspected maltreatment with physical harm made by a mandated reporter within six months of two other indicated or pending reports involving the same child, sibling, or household members.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
