Adds a new subdivision to Penal Law § 250.45 criminalizing intentional use of imaging devices to surreptitiously view, broadcast, or record a person engaged in sexual contact or in an image with another person's intimate parts, when the person has a reasonable expectation of privacy and without consent, if done for amusement, entertainment, profit, sexual arousal, gratification, or to degrade or abuse the person

Amends Penal Law § 250.55 to specify that dissemination of unlawful surveillance images constitutes a class A misdemeanor when done with knowledge that the images were obtained through unlawful surveillance under either § 250.50 or § 250.45

Amends Penal Law § 250.60 to clarify that selling or publishing unlawful surveillance images is prohibited when the actor knows the images were obtained through unlawful conduct satisfying the elements of unlawful surveillance in the first or second degree under § 250.50 or § 250.45

Takes effect on November 1st following the date the bill becomes law
