Amends General Municipal Law Section 6-n to allow the Scarsdale Union Free School District to establish an insurance reserve fund and make expenditures from it for losses, claims, actions, or judgments.

Permits the Scarsdale school district to use insurance reserve funds specifically for risks covered under paragraph three of Section 1113(a) of the Insurance Law, which includes coverage for certain types of liability and protection.

Maintains the general restriction that no municipality can make expenditures from an insurance reserve fund for losses where another reserve fund has already been established under different law provisions.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
