Amends Religious Corporations Law Section 7 to prohibit religious corporations owning cemeteries from engaging in the sale of monuments (excluding flush bronze markers) or displaying monuments for sale on cemetery property or elsewhere.

Prohibits cemetery employees, trustees, or directors from advertising their relationship to the religious corporation or cemetery when engaged in monument sales outside their official employment or affiliation.

Applies restrictions on monument sales and employee monument-selling activities to all religious cemetery corporations, including those with 30 acres or less of cemetery property.

Maintains existing prohibitions on religious cemetery corporations selling/leasing property to funeral entities, commingling funds, and entering into management contracts with funeral entities.

Takes effect 30 days after becoming law.
