Establishes the "Grow: Pride of New York" program for nursery dealers selling New York state-produced horticultural products (ornamentals, nursery stock, sod, and Christmas trees)

Nursery dealers selling at least 25 percent New York products are eligible for program designation and official logo display on their premises

Requires applicants to submit lists of New York products sold, names of producers, and descriptions of horticultural items offered to the Commissioner

Designated nursery dealers receive free promotional and advertising materials for one year after the effective date; thereafter the Commissioner may provide materials as deemed necessary

Directs the Department of Agriculture to create a website link listing all program participants, their locations, hours, and product suppliers, and to promote the program in cooperation with the Department of Economic Development
