Requires the Commissioner of the Office of Mental Health, in consultation with the Commissioner of the Department of Education, to develop and publish educational materials for educators on suicide prevention and youth depression

Materials must include information on depression symptoms, how depression manifests across different cultures, suicide warning signs, actions to take when identifying at-risk youth, and a list of educational websites on suicide and youth

Educational materials must be made available to educators through the Office of Mental Health's official website and other appropriate means within ninety days of the act's effective date

Act takes effect immediately upon enactment
