Office for People with Developmental Disabilities must submit a waitlist and placement report to the Senate and Assembly by January 1, 2015, and every six months thereafter

Report must include statewide waitlist data broken down by geographic area, individual age, caregiver age, and type of placement needed (certified out-of-home, supervised, supportive, or home and community-based services)

Report must document placements made in the preceding six months, including individuals placed from the waitlist and those placed outside the waitlist with reasons for placement

Report must track individuals currently in residential placements with inadequate living situations awaiting alternative placements, including children aging out of placements within one year

Report must include placement costs, funding sources, projected funding requirements, five-year projections for out-of-home and in-home service needs, and failure/rejection data with reasons for failed or rejected placements
