Amends Executive Law Section 837-m to authorize law enforcement departments to voluntarily include information about missing vulnerable adults in their semi-annual reports to the division of criminal justice services.

Defines missing vulnerable adults according to Section 837-F-1 of the Executive Law; inclusion of such cases is discretionary for each law enforcement agency.

Maintains existing requirements for mandatory reporting of closed missing children cases, including information on recovered children, victims of criminal activity, and deceased children.

Takes effect 60 days after enactment, with the division of criminal justice services authorized to amend rules and regulations immediately to implement the law.
