Amends workers' compensation law to recognize approval for federal Social Security Disability Benefits as presumptive evidence of permanent total disability, alongside existing criteria such as loss of both hands, arms, feet, legs, or eyes.

Clarifies that injured employees with permanent total disability due to loss or total loss of use of two limbs or both eyes may engage in business or employment without reducing their compensation, provided combined earnings and wages do not exceed the maximum weekly compensation wage base.

If combined earnings and compensation exceed the wage base, reduces compensation so that total compensation plus earnings equals the wage base, while protecting employees from receiving less compensation than otherwise entitled under other provisions.

Updates statutory language to use gender-neutral pronouns ("OR HER" added alongside "his").

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
