Amends Executive Law Section 353 to require the Division of Veterans Affairs to conduct a study on homeless women veterans in New York State in consultation with the Office of Temporary and Disability Services, Department of Labor, and Office of Children and Family Services.

Study must analyze female veterans currently homeless or homeless within five years of military discharge, including data on their children's numbers and placements, military sexual trauma cases, and unemployment rates for New York State female veterans.

Defines "children of homeless veterans" as unmarried persons under age eighteen who are biological or legally adopted children of a female veteran.

Requires a written report delivered to the Governor, Speaker of the Assembly, and Temporary President of the Senate by June 30, 2015, with updates every two years thereafter, and mandates the report be publicly available on the Division of Veterans Affairs website.

Takes effect ninety days after becoming law.
