Amends Public Health Law section 3000-c to designate school districts, boards of cooperative educational services, county vocational education and extension boards, charter schools, and non-public elementary and secondary schools as eligible entities to possess epinephrine auto-injectors.

Authorizes schools to maintain on-site epinephrine auto-injectors in quantities and types deemed adequate by the Commissioner of Education in consultation with the Commissioner of Health.

Permits school employees and designated personnel to administer epinephrine auto-injectors during emergencies to any student or staff member experiencing anaphylactic symptoms, regardless of prior allergic reaction history.

Requires compliance with the regulatory framework established in Public Health Law section 3000-c for administration of epinephrine auto-injectors.

Takes effect 120 days after becoming law, with commissioners authorized to promulgate rules and regulations immediately for timely implementation.
