Mandates electric corporations to provide interconnection services, establish model contracts and tariffs within three months, and credit subscriber accounts monthly based on each subscriber's portion of facility electricity generation using the customer's retail rate.

Prohibits electric corporations from charging standby, backup, demand, or other fees for shared renewable energy subscriptions, with the Commission ensuring utilities recover reasonable implementation costs through rate allocation.
