Authorizes the Adjutant General to present the "New York State Korean War Service Medal" to eligible individuals in the name of the New York State Legislature.

Establishes eligibility requirements: recipient must be a current or former New York State citizen, have served in U.S. Armed Forces during the Korean War (June 25, 1950 through July 27, 1953), and have received an honorable discharge or release.

Permits recipients to wear a ribbon for each succeeding award, with color and design selected by the Division of Military Affairs; medals may be presented to designated representatives of deceased recipients.

Requires the Adjutant General, in consultation with the Director of Veterans' Affairs, to establish rules and regulations for medal distribution and presentation.

Takes effect 120 days after enactment; also corrects a typographical error ("miliary" to "military") in existing military law.
