Amends subdivision 6 of section 13-0328 of the environmental conservation law to expand the definition of "immediate family"

Defines "immediate family" to include spouse, sibling, parent, child, grandparent, grandchild, and all persons related by blood, marriage or adoption to the permit holder who are domiciled in the permit holder's house

Takes effect 180 days after becoming law and applies only to licenses or permits reissued on or after that date
