Amends Highway Law Section 343-k to add the "St. Lawrence Wine Trail" to the list of designated wine trail regions in New York State.

Designates a specific portion of the state highway system in St. Lawrence County as the "St. Lawrence Wine Trail," beginning at the intersection of State Route 37 and County Route 6 in Hammond and ending at County Route 53 in Stockholm.

The designated route follows County Route 6 north to Ogdensburg, then State Route 37 east to Lisbon, then County Routes 27 and 10 south, State Route 68 south, United States Route 11 north, and State Route 11-C north through multiple towns and villages.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
