Mandates publication of information explaining how property assessments are derived in a searchable online database

Assessment-rolls and database must include property details (address, block, lot, tax class), comparable properties, capitalization rates, fair market value, assessed value, assessment caps or transitions, applicable exemptions, tax calculations, and effective tax rates

Each exemption and abatement listed must be linked to full descriptions of those items

Takes effect 270 days after enactment
