Adds new section 344-c to the highway law designating a portion of arterial highways in North Tonawanda and Tonawanda (Niagara and Erie Counties) as the "Twin Cities Vietnam Veterans Memorial Highway"

Designates the specific portion of highway system lying generally between Erie Avenue and Wheatfield Street in North Tonawanda and the Youngmann Highway in Tonawanda

Requires the commissioner of transportation to install and maintain signage for the designated memorial highway

Establishes the designation as ceremonial in nature only, with no change to the official legal name of the highway to avoid confusion and disruption of commerce

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
