Authorizes the Town of Southampton to discontinue and sell 7,510 square feet of parkland located at the intersection of Center Drive (Nugent Drive) County Road No. 94 and Peconic Avenue for county road traffic safety improvements.

Requires the Town of Southampton to acquire and dedicate replacement parkland of equal or greater fair market value before discontinuing the original parkland.

Designates a replacement parcel of 15,286 square feet located near Griffings Pond as the replacement parkland that must be dedicated for public park purposes.

If replacement parkland is insufficient in fair market value, the Town must dedicate the difference in funds toward acquiring additional parklands or funding capital improvements to existing park facilities.

Requires compliance with all federal requirements and Secretary of Interior approval if the original parkland received any federal funding for purchase, maintenance, or improvement.
