Expands the "Wyoming County Veterans Memorial Highway" designation on U.S. Route 20A to cover the entire stretch from the western county line to the eastern county line of Wyoming County, replacing the previous limited designation from State Route 98 to State Route 246 (approximately 16.1 miles).

Requires the Commissioner of Transportation to install and maintain adequate signage for the expanded designation along the state highway system.

Designates the expanded highway as a ceremonial designation only, with no change to the official name or routing of the highway itself to avoid confusion and minimize disruption to commerce.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
