Authorizes the commissioner of general services to convey state property located at 1024 Fulton Street, Brooklyn (block 2015, lot 28) to Northeast Brooklyn Housing Development Corporation for fair market value.

Commissioner may set terms and conditions for the conveyance at their discretion.

Northeast Brooklyn Housing Development Corporation must submit an accurate survey and legal description of the property to the commissioner for approval before the conveyance.

Sale must be requested by Northeast Brooklyn Housing Development Corporation within one year of the act's effective date, or the authorization expires.

Act takes effect immediately upon enactment.
