Authorizes the town of Brookhaven assessor to accept a retroactive tax exemption application from the Long Island Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender Health and Human Services Network, Inc. for the 2013-2014 assessment roll

Applies to the parcel located at 7 Crossway Blvd., Patchogue, NY 11772 (Suffolk County Tax Map Number 0200-973.00-01.00-007.019)

Requires the assessor to review the late application as if it had been filed by the taxable status date, and upon town board approval, may grant exemption from all taxation beginning from the date of conveyance

Authorizes the town to cancel any unpaid taxes, fines, penalties, and interest, and repay any amounts already paid by the organization

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
