Amends Penal Law Section 130.75 (course of sexual conduct against a child in the first degree) to require at least two acts of sexual conduct with a child under seventeen, with at least one act occurring before age eleven and a ninety-day gap between acts occurring before age eleven.

Adds alternative provision requiring offender to be eighteen or older at commencement of conduct, with at least two acts of sexual conduct with a child under seventeen, including at least one act before age thirteen with a ninety-day gap between acts occurring before age thirteen.

Amends Penal Law Section 130.80 (course of sexual conduct against a child in the second degree) to require at least two acts of sexual conduct with a child under seventeen occurring before age eleven with a ninety-day gap, or similar conduct by offender eighteen or older with acts before age thirteen with a ninety-day gap.

Expands the victim age requirement in second-degree offense from under thirteen years old to under seventeen years old for the general category of conduct.

Takes effect one hundred twenty days after becoming law.
