Amends Executive Law by adding Section 837-F-2 to require police agencies to take reports on missing adults whose whereabouts cannot be determined by someone with knowledge of their location.

Applies to adults who do not qualify as missing children under Section 837-E or vulnerable adults under Section 837-1 of the Executive Law.

Police agencies must collect information necessary to file an electronic report with the National Crime Information Center Register.

Police agencies must submit the electronic report to the National Crime Information Center Register within twenty-four hours if the missing person has not been located.

The bill becomes effective on the sixtieth day after enactment and is titled "Lamont Dottin's Law."
