Creates Article 5-F in the Economic Development Law establishing the "I Love NY Baseball" promotion program to promote professional minor league and independent league baseball as a tourism attraction.

Requires the Commissioner of Economic Development, working with the Commissioner of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation and local government officials, to identify at least two baseball trails consisting of professional baseball venues linked by geographic proximity and game schedules.

Directs the Commissioner to develop baseball vacation itineraries for each trail that identify games, restaurants, lodging, and surrounding arts, cultural, historical, and entertainment attractions themed around the baseball venues.

Authorizes the Commissioner to develop discount packages for baseball trails, including baseball passports as booklets with game information and incentives for attending games and visiting venues.

Takes effect ninety days after becoming law.
