Existing enhanced assisted living residences must provide proof of compliance with the registered nurse staffing requirement within eighteen months of the law's effective date

Special needs assisted living facilities marketing services for individuals with dementia or cognitive impairments must meet the same registered nurse staffing requirements as enhanced assisted living facilities, with compliance required within eighteen months
