Establishes a citywide central registry maintained by the Department listing all complaints against child day care facilities that result in disciplinary investigations, actions, or administrative or judicial proceedings.

Registry shall include the nature of each complaint and the status of the investigation or proceeding.

Requires child care services to post a sign near public entrances stating that the central registry and inspection reports may be accessed through the department's website or by calling 311.

Sign must be printed in clear, legible type visible to parents and other persons entering the facility and provide instructions for accessing the registry and inspection reports online.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
