Establishes a Veterans' Gerontological Advisory Committee within the Office of the Aging consisting of no more than 19 members appointed for six-year terms who serve without salary.

Committee membership includes: 2 veterans appointed by the Governor, 9 members appointed by the Director (including physicians, researchers, geriatric nurses, psychiatrists, and social workers specializing in aging veterans), 3 veterans appointed by the Temporary President of the Senate, 3 veterans appointed by the Speaker of the Assembly, and 1 veteran each appointed by the Minority Leaders of the Senate and Assembly.

Requires at least 60 percent of committee members to be 60 years of age or older.

Committee provides advice and recommendations to the Director on policies, programs, and services impacting the state's aging veteran population and veterans' healthcare systems, and must meet at least once annually.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
