Amends General Business Law Section 360-m to allow courts to order counterfeit or imitation products destroyed or donated instead of only destroyed.

Requires courts to notify the lawful mark owner of any intent to donate seized counterfeit products, with the mark owner having 30 days to object in writing.

Restricts donations of counterfeit products to not-for-profit corporations serving indigent individuals, with the judge determining which organization receives the products.

Limits donation of counterfeit products to clothing only; all other counterfeit products must be destroyed.

Prohibits donated counterfeit products from being resold and requires tags to be removed or products marked/altered to prevent resale or confusion with authentic products.
