Establishes a farm-to-senior program requiring the Office for the Aging and Department of Agriculture and Markets to facilitate purchases of New York farm products by senior centers and institutions for the aging.

Directs the Office for the Aging to compile information from senior centers about their interest in purchasing New York farm products and disseminate product availability and farmer contact information to those centers.

Directs the Department of Agriculture and Markets to collect product procurement data from senior centers and make this information available to New York farmers, farm organizations, and businesses marketing New York products.

Creates a promotional event called "New York Golden Harvest: Seniors Week" to promote New York agriculture and foods to seniors at senior centers, farms, farmers' markets, and other community locations.

Requires both the director of the Office for the Aging and the Commissioner of Agriculture and Markets to report to the legislature on changes needed in law to facilitate these purchases; takes effect 120 days after enactment with immediate authority to promulgate rules and regulations.
