Requires the Department of Health to establish and maintain a website to advance women's health initiatives, educate the public, and raise awareness of women's health issues.

Website must provide links to resources and promote federally-mandated preventive services covered with no cost sharing, including screenings for anemia, breast cancer, cervical cancer, HIV, and gestational diabetes.

Website must cover contraception information (FDA-approved methods and sterilization procedures), breastfeeding support, domestic violence screening, tobacco use interventions, and well-woman visits.

Department should consider using social media networks to advance women's health initiatives.

Legislation takes effect immediately upon enactment.
