Extends the filing deadline for employee discrimination complaints from thirty days to one hundred eighty days after the violation occurs

Guarantees authorized employee representatives the right to participate in commissioner interviews with employees and to be present during voluntary compliance programs, with ability to designate another employee if no authorized representative exists

Protects employees from wage reduction when accompanying the commissioner on inspections or participating in interviews
