Authorizes the New York Department of Transportation Commissioner to transfer unused land formerly used as a DOT sub-residency facility in the Town of Andover, Allegany County, to the Town of Andover for one dollar plus other consideration deemed appropriate.

Property consists of 2.855 acres (1.170 acres within Village of Andover and 1.145 acres outside), including improvements and highway rights abutting the western boundary to the center line as of March 2, 1899.

Town of Andover must submit an accurate survey and legal description to the Commissioner for approval as a condition of the transfer and must apply for the conveyance within one year of the act's effective date.

Town must use the land for storage of materials and storage, repair, and maintenance of equipment needed for the town highway system, with title reverting to New York State upon termination of this use.

Act takes effect immediately.
