Mandates translation of program documents, forms, and instructions into the six most common non-English languages spoken by limited-English proficient individuals in the municipality.

Requires interpretation services to be offered upon request between the administering entity and individuals in their primary language regarding program services or benefits.

Requires provision of additional assistance services upon request or demonstrated need for individuals who are deaf, blind, have speech impediments, or cognitive impairments.

Takes effect immediately but expires and reverts according to the existing expiration schedule of the underlying tax abatement program statute.
