Establishes "Justice for Our Veterans Act" creating an alternative resolution program for service members and veterans accused of certain felonies who suffer from service-related mental or physical conditions.

Excludes participants charged with sex offenses, murder, aggravated murder, kidnapping in the first degree, arson in the first degree, or terrorism from the program.

Requires courts to order veteran evaluations by qualified healthcare professionals to assess whether service-related conditions (PTSD, traumatic brain injury, substance abuse) may have contributed to the charged offense.

Allows eligible defendants charged with non-felonies to participate without entering a guilty plea; defendants charged with Class A, B, or C felonies may participate with or without a guilty plea, or upon pleading guilty to a lesser charge.

Upon successful completion of a treatment plan (maximum 12 months for non-felonies, 18 months for felonies), charges can be dismissed with record sealed, or defendant may withdraw guilty plea and enter misdemeanor plea with probation.
