Authorizes the Commissioner of Environmental Conservation to exchange a state-owned parcel of wildlife management land in the Town of Huron, Wayne County (0.0882 acres) for privately-owned land from Karen R. Lynch.

Requires the exchanged land to be of equal or greater value, adaptable for wildlife management purposes, contiguous to existing wildlife management areas, and must not adversely affect overall wildlife management area operations.

The state parcel is located in Lot 264 of the Williamson Tract and was acquired by the state through appropriation on December 20, 1966.

Karen R. Lynch's parcel is located in Lot 303 of the Williamson Tract (0.10 acres) and must be conveyed to the state by warranty deed.

The contract requires approval from the Director of the Budget, Comptroller, and Attorney General before becoming binding on the state; acquired land must be used for wildlife management purposes under Environmental Conservation Law.
