Police Department and Parks and Recreation Department must issue crime status reports in cities with populations over one million inhabitants, including total crime complaints categorized by class and misdemeanor/felony designation for each patrol precinct

Reports must include arrest data categorized by crime class and felony/misdemeanor status across patrol precincts, Housing Police Service Areas, Transit Districts, Street Crime Unit, and Narcotics Division

Departments must submit quarterly reports to the City Council on major felony crime complaints for all parks under the Parks and Recreation Department's jurisdiction, beginning within one year of the law's effective date

Police Department and Parks and Recreation Department must submit bi-annual reports on all summons activity broken down by type, including parking violations, moving violations, environmental control violations, criminal court summons, illegal dumping, lewd acts, failure to comply with signs, and illegal vending

All reports must be posted online on the departments' websites within five business days of submission to City Council and no later than one month after the end of each quarter
