Amends the Alcoholic Beverage Control Law to exempt specific parcels of land from restrictions on financial interests in retail alcohol premises

Adds nine designated properties to exemptions, including overnight lodging and resort facilities in North Elba (Essex County), Canandaigua (Ontario County), Manhattan, Lake Placid, Plattsburgh (Clinton County), Lodi (Seneca County), Corning (Steuben County), Schenectady, Oneonta (Otsego County), and Hopewell (Ontario County)

Exempted properties must meet minimum room requirements: 250 rooms for North Elba facility, 120 rooms for Canandaigua facility, and 400 rooms for Manhattan facility

Adds exception for interactive entertainment facilities where manufacturers or wholesalers hold minority equity interests (not exceeding 25 percent) and other specified operational restrictions apply

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
