Authorizes the Town Board of Fort Ann, Washington County to diminish the Lake Hadlock Park District by deleting five specific parcels of land (Parcels A through E) that have not received any benefit from the district since its inception.

Requires the Town Board to hold a public hearing with notice as specified in existing law before adopting an order to delete the parcels.

Any order adopted by the Town Board is subject to a permissive referendum under Article Seven of the town law.

Parcel A contains 4.020 acres, Parcel B contains 4.700 acres, and Parcel C contains 4.730 acres, with Parcels D and E described by boundary lines referencing specific roads, water features, and adjacent properties in Fort Ann.

The act takes effect immediately upon enactment.
