Establishes the Task Force on Adults with Developmental Disabilities within the Office of People with Developmental Disabilities to study and develop recommendations for meeting vocational, residential, and social needs of adults with developmental disabilities in New York.

Task force shall consist of ten members: six state commissioners (Disabilities, Mental Health, Housing and Community Renewal, Health, Education, and Labor) and four members with demonstrated expertise appointed by the Governor (2), Temporary President of the Senate (1), and Speaker of the Assembly (1).

Task force shall study long-term needs of adults with developmental disabilities residing with caregivers and develop a comprehensive plan to address identified needs.

Task force must submit findings and recommendations to the Governor and Legislature by January 1, 2016.

Act takes effect immediately and automatically repeals two years after the effective date.
