Amends Executive Law Section 838 to require county medical examiners and coroners to promptly furnish fingerprints on standardized eight-by-eight inch cards, personal descriptions, and identifying data (including date and place of death) to the division for unidentified or questionably identified deceased persons.

Requires the division to promptly make available personal descriptions and identifying data of such deceased persons to all law enforcement agencies in New York State and, upon request, to law enforcement agencies outside the state.

Takes effect one year after becoming law.
