Allows school district governing bodies to grant real property tax exemptions to veterans by adopting a resolution after holding public hearings

Requires school districts to conduct the hearing and resolution process separately from other tax exemption procedures under the same law

Permits school district governing bodies to repeal a veterans' tax exemption resolution no later than 90 days before the taxable status date occurring on or after December 31, 2013

Allows school districts to subsequently readopt a veterans' tax exemption resolution after repealing one

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
