Validates and legalizes bond anticipation notes issued by the village of Whitehall between October 2007 and October 2013, totaling approximately $1.99 million outstanding as of October 22, 2014, to finance sewer system improvements required by a department of environmental conservation consent order

Authorizes the village to issue bonds and bond anticipation notes up to $4,690,000 aggregate principal amount pursuant to the October 1, 2007 bond resolution to complete the sewer system financing

Ratifies all resolutions, acts, and proceedings adopted by the village board of trustees and treasurer related to the bond anticipation notes, despite certain principal payments made from bond proceeds rather than other sources in violation of local finance law sections 21.00 and 23.00

Requires future bonds and bond anticipation notes issued under this act to comply with local finance law provisions

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
