Requires interpretation services to be offered upon request between the administering entity and program participants in their primary language regarding services or benefits

Requires provision of accessibility services upon request or demonstrated need for individuals who are deaf, blind, have speech impediments, or cognitive impairments

Takes effect immediately, with the language access requirements expiring when the underlying tax abatement program section expires
