Amends the definition of "cabaret" in New York City Administrative Code to add a new Class B Cabaret category for establishments not licensed to sell alcohol that feature entertainment involving lewd/indecent conduct or performers appearing unclothed or exposing pubic hair, genitals, anus, vulva, areola, or simulations thereof.

Requires the Department of Consumer Affairs to establish a specific license for Class B Cabarets subject to all cabaret provisions in the administrative code and department rules.

Makes Class B Cabaret license applications and renewals subject to the provisions of Section 2-204 of the City Rules relating to cabarets.

Takes effect 90 days after becoming law, with authority for the department to adopt necessary rules and regulations immediately upon enactment.
