Amends Public Health Law section 3000-c to designate school districts, boards of cooperative educational services, county vocational education and extension boards, charter schools, and non-public elementary and secondary schools as eligible entities to possess and administer epinephrine auto-injectors.

Authorizes schools to provide and maintain epinephrine auto-injectors on-site at each instructional school facility in quantities and types determined by the Education Commissioner in consultation with the Health Commissioner.

Permits schools and their employees to administer epinephrine auto-injectors during emergencies to any student or staff member experiencing anaphylactic symptoms, regardless of previous history of severe allergic reaction.

Administration of epinephrine auto-injectors must comply with the requirements of Public Health Law section 3000-c.

Takes effect 120 days after becoming law, with commissioners of health and education authorized to promulgate necessary regulations immediately upon enactment.
