Amends Vehicle and Traffic Law Section 404-u to replace the distinctive license plate text from "Life Pass It On" to "DONATE LIFE NEW YORK STATE" and "BE AN ORGAN & TISSUE DONOR"

Any New York State resident may request the new distinctive license plate upon application to the commissioner

Applications for the license plates must be submitted in the form and detail prescribed by the commissioner

The act takes effect immediately upon enactment
