Establishes an aging in place task force within the Office for the Aging to study how the state can encourage older adults to age in place through infrastructure, zoning, nutrition, fraud protection, home medical care, tax incentives, and private insurance incentives.

Task force consists of 16 members including the commissioner of the state office of temporary and disability assistance, the director of the office for the aging, legislative committee chairs and ranking members, and appointees from the governor, senate leadership, and assembly leadership.

Two co-chairpersons shall be selected by the temporary president of the senate and the speaker of the assembly, with the first meeting required within 60 days of the act's effective date.

Task force members serve without compensation but receive reimbursement for necessary expenses, with the Office for the Aging and all state departments required to provide facilities, assistance, and data as needed.

Task force must submit findings and recommendations to the governor and legislative leaders no later than January 1, 2016, and automatically terminates on December 31, 2015, whichever is later.
