Requires the New York City Employees' Retirement System (NYCERS) to provide the Workers' Compensation Board (WCB) with a monthly electronic listing of injured employees receiving pension benefits that are limited by workers' compensation awards, including names and Social Security numbers.

Requires the WCB to verify which injured employees have been awarded workers' compensation benefits and return the listing to NYCERS within 14 days of receipt.

Mandates the WCB's returned listing include specific award information: date of accident, board case number, carrier identification number, carrier case number, disability dates, payment interval, and payment amount.

Updates gender-neutral language in existing Workers' Compensation Law Section 25.4(c) by replacing "he" with "he or she" and "his" with "his or her."

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
