Requires certificates of insurance or proof of workers' compensation coverage to identify by name any corporate officers, partners, LLC members, or sole proprietors who are not covered by the policy.

Mandates insurers verify workers' compensation coverage within five business days upon request, providing verification through electronic access, email, or regular mail.

Requires insurers to report to the Workers' Compensation Board the names of individuals not covered by policies so the information can be searched on a secure Workers' Compensation Board website.

Authorizes the superintendent to assess penalties of up to $1,000 against insurers for each instance of failure to provide coverage information as required.

Takes effect ninety days after becoming law.
